“ Some of the best home cooking you will find in the tri-county area. They get me everytime with the buffet specials but if you want one of the absolute best cheeseburgers (better bring your whole appetite) this is the place to be! ”

Back in the day she was likely a Dairy Queen but today she is a family Soul food restaurant that has amazing food. I’ve probably eaten thousands of cheeseburgers in my lifetime but Cookie’s burgers are insanely good! They have a buffet which looked and smelled great but it was a cheeseburger basket kinda day! Great meat perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of veggies and homemade fries made for quite an enjoyable meal! It’s hard to do simple food and do it consistently right but this place does food right! And hate to say it but the chocolate pound cake was to die for! If you’re gonna get off that low carb diet once in a while, go to Cookie’s! It’s so gooood!! ”
